Produced by Silver Fern Farms this is great on the BBQ or in the oven. Season with salt & pepper. Always sear on both sides first either on the BBQ or if cooking in the oven in a hot pan. ALWAYS allow to rest, covered in tinfoil for 10-15 minutes before carving and eating to allow maximum flavour and the retention of juices.
