Fresh Herbed Chicken
Ingredients
1/2 cup medium white wine or apple juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp each: lemon juice, Worchester sauce
2 tbsp each: fresh thyme leaves, oregano, rosemary
6-8 Whole chicken thighs, precooked
Method
Combine the marinade ingredients and pour over the chicken in a plastic bag. Move the chicken around so it is well immersed in the marinade. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Grill the chicken over or under medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, until hot and well coloured. Turn and baste often with the marinade. Great served garnished with extra fresh herbs and grilled summer vegetables.
