Pork Burgers
Serves 4
Ingredients:
500g New Zealand Trim Pork Mince
1 onion, chopped
Salt, pepper and herbs
2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce
4 Hamburger Buns
Burger accompaniments such as gherkins, beetroot, lettuce
Method:
Wash hands.
In a bowl, mix together the pork mince, onion, seasonings and Plum Sauce.
Form into balls and flatten into patties.
Place on Baking Paper on an oven tray and bake at 170oC until cooked.
Alternatively cook in fry pan or on BBQ.
Serving suggestion:
Assemble using your favourite burger ingredients and a good splash of Plum Sauce.
Tips:
Let the kids assemble their own burgers
Pork Mince combines on it's own without the need for binding ingredients |
