Sang Choy Bow
Serves 4
Ingredients:
500g Pork Mince
1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce ( optional)
1 cup Lee Kum Kee Sweet & Sour Sauce
2 carrots, grated
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup crispy noodles
Lettuce leaves
Method:
1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or heavy fry pan until hot and then stir fry the pork mince for about 5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
2. Add sauces, carrot and bean sprouts and cook for a few minutes.
3. Remove from the heat and stir in the noodles.
Serving suggestion:
Serve on individual plates in a lettuce leaf.
Tips:
Sang Choy Bow - a good way to get the kids to eat vegetables.
Always heat the oil and brown the mince before adding other ingredients.
If pork is marinated; drain pork before stir frying |
