Italian Pork
500 grams NZ diced pork
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/4 cup hot water
chopped basil to taste
Toss the pork in flour and place in a casserole.
Mix garlic, soy sauce, cinnamon, tomato paste and water together and pour over the pork.
Cover casserole and cook on high for 5 minutes then low for 35-40 minutes.
Stir twice during cooking.
Rest 5-10 minutes then garnish with chopped basil and serve. |
