Chilli Prawns
Ingredients
20ml oil
600g raw prawns
1 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon ginger
2 small red hot chili
1 spring onion
fresh coriander
1.Shell prawns and remove vein.
2.Heat oil in a large wok.
3.Add prawns and cook until they are pink (1-2minutes) - remove from wok.
4.Reheat remaining oil and stir in finely chopped garlic, ginger, chilli, spring onion and coriander.
5.Return prawns to the wok tossing them through herbs and oil. |
