Chicken And Avocado Savoury Filling
Ingredients
185-200g cream cheese
2 chicken breast fillets, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 avocado, diced
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons curry powder
Method
Mix all ingredients together and place in a pastry pie shell, pastry turnovers etc… and bake for 30 minutes in a hot oven. |
