Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry
Ingredients
250 - 300 grams stir-fry chicken (or use finely sliced breast or thigh)
400 gram bag Wok Creations Asian Greens Stir Fry Vegetables
125 gram satchet Wok Creations Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
400 grams fresh noodles (we used Singapore style)
1/4 cup toasted cashew nuts
Method
1. Heat a wok or frying pan with oil and stir fry the chicken pieces until just cooked. Set aside.
2. Make sure the wok or pan is very hot and toss in the Wok Creations Asian Greens Stir Fry Vegetables. Toss over a high eat so that the vegetables become lightly stir fried.
3. Return the chicken to the pan with the Singapore noodles, cashew nuts and the Wok Creations Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce. Toss quickly over a high heat. Once hot, serve. |
